MCLANE SUNEAST TO MATCH CONTRIBUTIONS UP TO $30,000
Funds benefit Shands Children's Hospital at the University of Florida and Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children
ORLANDO, FL, November 29, 2007 –McLane Suneast has launched a holiday match program in an effort to generate new community support for Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Shands Children’s Hospital at the University of Florida - Central Florida’s Children's Miracle Network hospitals. The company has pledged to match any individual contribution given to Greater Orlando Children's Miracle Network during the month of December up to $30,000.

The employees at the McLane Suneast division in Poinciana have long been enthusiastic supporters of Children's Miracle Network. In 2006 they raised more than $142,000 through internal employee fundraisers and their annual vendor/customer golf tournament.
CHILDREN’S MIRACLE NETWORK began in 1983 to raise funds for children’s hospitals and awareness of the services they provide. Today, there are 170 CHILDREN’S MIRACLE NETWORK hospitals throughout the United States and Canada. CHILDREN’S MIRACLE NETWORK money raised in each community benefits the local participating CHILDREN’S MIRACLE NETWORK hospitals. The funds raised by Greater Orlando CHILDREN’S MIRACLE NETWORK sponsors and programs benefit the pediatric programs at Shands Children's Hospital and Arnold Palmer Hospital. The money is used to fund equipment, research and programs that ensure these hospitals are able to provide the most advanced level of medical care for children.
